Strong work ethic The entrepreneur will often be the first person to arrive at the office and the last one to leave. They will come in on their days off to make sure that an outcome meets their expectations.

Bounce ideas off others Even a great innovator needs people around her or him to discuss or bounce new creative ideas and innovations. What do the major innovative ideas of our time have in common, from Microsoft to Google (in past)?
